"Help or Hinder Carousel" a game of Agile Leadership

Details
Join us to learn and play with some of the very common challenges leadership teams face during Agile adoption in their organization. What can leaders do to help Scrum/Kanban teams to be successful? What kind of actions and decisions can sabotage the chances of success in Agile transformation? What mindset shift is needed for a leader to be effective in an Agile organization?
If you prefer “learning by listening” style and love keeping your video off, this may not be the best session for you to join.
We will be playing “Help or Hinder Carousel” game in Mural and have many breakout rooms discussions. Participants will be invited to share their own example of leadership mindset and practices that can help (or hinder) organisational agility.
You will learn, share, deepen your understanding and collect insights to bring back into your organizations.
Sound like your cup of tea? We can’t wait to see you!
