CTF is a fun way for you to put your crypto-competence to the test. You’ll use real-life hacking skills as you try to solve a series of progressively more difficult challenges. Whether you’re cyber-savvy or just cyber-curious, CTF is great practice and an awesome time for all experience levels.
Agenda:
5:00pm – 6:00pm | Beginner’s intro to CTF
6:00pm – 8:00pm | CTF
What to bring:
- Linux or some other *nix system that they prefer. It can be a VM or bare metal system.
- Ability to access 802.11n (2.4 GHz) wireless or if desired, the ability to connect to ethernet.
- Most levels can be done with an SSH client and a web browser.
If you need help getting your system configured per the above requirements, come early (5p) to get help from one of our instructors!
There is a paid lot at the corner of 21st and Blake. Meters are easily accessible for $1.00 per hour. If you go north of 23rd on Blake, Market or Welton, there is street parking for free and you can walk in.
