Brain Controlled Drone Race @ USF Sun Dome

Details
Come watch the brain controlled action of the first ever, Brain Controlled Drone Race! Our member, Dante is a USF student and his team of researchers has developed a method that allows a drone pilot to fly their Tello drone using THEIR BRAIN!! Actually, there is a lot more science behind the research than just using your brain. The team of researchers have figured out a way to make the Tello drone respond to signals produced by the brain. Those specific brain waves that are produced when thinking of performing an action (moving your foot to press the gas pedel) will cause the drone to perform maneuvers like pitching forward, rolls, back flips, etc.
The event will be hosted at the volleyball courts by the USF Sun Dome. The event starts at 1pm and yes, you will get to ask all of your science geek questions after the race!
