FCDI/AMRoC STEAM Fest incl. Tampa Drones @ Florida State Fair (Feb 18th-21st)

Tampa Drones will be at the STEAM Education Exhibit at the Florida State Fair coordinated by The Foundation for Community Driven Innovation/AMRoC Fab Lab.

We're looking for drone pilots to come hang out, represent Tampa Drones, and bring their drones to demo/fly within a dedicated 10'x20' drone arena throughout the weekend. Due to the arena size, smaller whoop/cinewhoop ducted style FPV drones may preferred for flying however feel free to bring, show-off, and ideally talk about whatever you've got to fair guests!

Volunteers will get up to TWO FREE FAIR ADMISSION TICKETS each, for each day you volunteer, and will be able to enjoy the fair outside of your shift. Exhibit hours are 11am to 8pm each weekend of the Fair, and we ask that volunteers staff a minimum of one 3 hr shift (below).

This specific meetup event is to cover the weekend of Feb. 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st - 11AM to 8PM, please review the below and if you RSVP please note the specific dates/shift(s) you'd like to come. We will contact and provide you with more information and registration details if you RSVP however please message if you have any questions prior to doing so.

If volunteers/students would like volunteer credit for this effort, AMRoC can complete forms or provide letters at the end of your volunteer period.
