For our last meetup of the year, Samuel Kasimalla will be taking about search - Solr, SolrJ, Lucene and cloud search. He will dive into the details of how these technologies work and how to use them. Details such as Inverted indexes, parsers and NLP will be covered, and he will also do a live demonstration.

Samuel Kasimalla is a Java developer who eventually evolved into a search, infrastructure and integration technologies architect. He is an enterprise solutions consultant with specialization in Enterprise Search, Fullstack, and Infrastructure, with hands-on skills in various technologies such as Solr, Elastic stack, Java, Python, DevOps, RPA, Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, Scala, Oracle, MySQL, SqlServer, PostGRE, H2, Mongo, NoSQL and UNIX ecosystems.
