Evening Yoga and Meditation with Meditation Mentoring
Meditation is the focal point of this yoga and meditation intensive class as we will go deeper within for understanding of our nature through Yoga stretches, Qi-Gong, body scanning/relaxation, Mindfulness, and Heartfulness, all performed on your yoga mat which will allow you to bring better focus to the forever changing moments, aiding in relieving stress, depression, anxiety and boosting confidence! Group Meditation Mentoring will be available after practice. For beginners and experienced alike. **3 PERSON MINIMUM SIGN UP OR CLASS WILL UNFORTUNATELY BE CANCELLED (BRING A FRIEND!!)** Host Will Samai Barnes Retreat Host, Meditation Mentor and Leader, Author, MBSR Trained, Volunteer and former monk, Will is well versed in meditation through Mindfulness, Yoga, Qi-Gong, and Heartfulness. With the experience of a daily meditation practice, sitting for retreats, hosting retreats and classes as well as leading meditation and yoga, Will embodies this way of life and shares his experience, techniques and perspective with others!
