Double feature meetup

• What we'll do
We will be having two speakers this month giving mini-talks. One will be Travis Gerke talking about tips and tricks from rstudio::conf and the other will be Paul Stewart with a talk TBD.

• What to bring
If you wish to bring a laptop to follow along, code and slides will be posted ~24 hours in advance at https://github.com/TampaUseRs/TampaUseRs/tree/master/meetups
