Lucky You: The Art of Anchoring; Hypnosis and Life Mastery

• What we'll do
Lucky are the MindArtists who attend this meeting: we are going to be doing a presentation on the NLP concept of "anchoring", a technique you can use to have more of any feeling you might like to have. "A lucky rabbit's foot" is a great example of an anchor; luck in this case, is a "state of mind" (afterall, it was not so lucky for the rabbit) triggered by being in possession of the rabbit's foot and a belief it is lucky to do so (now there is some hypnosis for you!). Our trance will offer you an opportunity to develop your own "lucky charm", a tool you can call upon anytime you want to.

• What to bring
The clinic floor is cement. If you want to lay down for the trance work, I always provide some extra sheets and blankets but you may want to bring something of your own as these are limited. There are always plenty of chairs.

• Important to know
This presentation will be recorded. The focus of the recording is on the presenter, no participants will be recorded.
