And if you find you are often "putting things off", please know you are not alone. We all procrastinate sometimes and sometimes it is OK. If however, your procrastination is getting in the way of you having more of what you want in life, or has become such that it is creating even bigger problems-or worse, more anxiety-then you may want to join us for an evening to change that old habit-NOW!
We will discuss the nature of procrastination, tools for managing it and offer an optional trance to eliminate it. Careful-you might find yourself getting unstuck and moving forward on some goals!
