An Evening of Somatic Healing and Movement, with Special Guest-Robyn Augusta

Details
Your body is a huge part of your unconscious, experiencing and expressing at a level below your conscious awareness. Join us for a "body based trance" of releasing and reconnecting deep within-through movement. We are so proud to bring you a very special guest speaker, Robyn Augusta, and believe you will be as moved and impressed with her work as we have been. You do not need to be a yogi, and as we are on-line, you will be free to turn your camera off-for privacy-during the trance/dance/body meditation. 24 hours before the event, we will post the Zoom link again, with the password.
From Robyn:
"Our Bodies are designed to respond to our environment through the felt sense. These are unprecedented days for our emotional, physical and spiritual body. Conscious or not, we are absorbing and responding to the pandemic climate. We are having a shared collective pandemic, but our reality is extraordinarily personal.
Awareness is the first step towards any level of healing & dealing.
Our simple to do, but powerful to experience, evening of somatic movement will help you tune into your bodily wisdom.
I invite you to join us for an evening of deep self care.
The Non-Linear Method (NLMM) encourages identifying and unwinding the patterns of our contraction, through gentle, non-forced movements the practice relieves the bodily tension and underlying mental loops. The result is a systematic, self-guided unburdening of the nervous system.
It is a fun practice available to anyone who can move even in the slightest. You can experience the benefits of this method immediately and will be equipped to integrate the practice into your life if you so choose.
Dress in loose comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and water are recommended.
Robyn Augusta (M.Div, RYT, Chaplain) has dedicated her life to the study and development of spiritual practices for her own life and the lives of others.
