Krissy Scoufis is a NN/g certified user experience strategist, researcher, visual designer and UX mentor with nearly two decades of experience in the research and design field. In her role as the Associate Director of User Experience for 352 Inc she works directly with clients to help them best understand their users, business goals, and creates strategies to solve operational inefficiencies. Over the past few years, she has lead a dedicated UX Team, evangelized UX and created a unique in-house ambassador program to train and teach others about user experience value and processes. She is the founder of the Tampa Bay UX Meetup group, the first of its kind in the Tampa Bay area. Krissy passionately advocates and evangelizes user experience methodologies through speaking engagements and writing, most recently as a contributing author to the UX Careers Handbook by UXPA past President, Cory Lebson.
