Alexa/Lex Dev, Front-End Design & UX Joint Meetup: Intro - Voice User Interfaces

A voice user interface (VUI) allows people to use voice input to control computers and devices. With the popularity of Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple’s Siri, and Microsoft Cortana, exploding in popularity, voice is poised to be the next major disruption in computing.

In collaboration with the Alexa & Lex Developers Meetup and the Front-End Design Meetup, Steve Tingiris will explore the unique nature of designing user experiences for voice user interfaces. We’ll dive into current best practices and introduces tools and techniques to help you kick-off or polish your VUI design skills.
