When someone says "I like it" in a design critique, what does that even MEAN? Despite being generic and unhelpful, it's also misleading by giving everyone a false sense of security that the design is fantastic, when realistically, it may or may not be.

We'll discuss the pitfalls of poor design feedback and walk through a simple method to give good feedback that can actually help to improve the design.

Then, we'll open the floor for a good ol' fashioned design critique where "I like it" and "I dislike it" are banished! We'll give local designers some helpful feedback on their actual designs.

CALL FOR DESIGNERS! You can get a solid critique of your work at this Meetup! Any type of design for a website, UI, form, mobile app, etc. is welcome. Be sure to come prepared to speak to the goals of the design and the problems you needed to solve for the users/clients. Interested in having your work critiqued? Please reach out to TBUX co-organizer Beth Galambos.
