The purpose of this group is for creating a supportive, loving and caring community of people who want to connect up with the natural world and others to find genuine peace and happiness.
In beautiful countryside, you will experience how nature and mindfulness can help you relax and refresh your body, still your mind, reconnect with your inner self, others and nature. Because when we connect we care. It is a practice which has many health benefits too.
You will discover how to see clearly and keep attention in a more natural way to help you manage all relationships in your work and your personal life.
A mindfulness guide will lead the walk and is always on hand should you wish to discover more about feeling peaceful in nature and within yourself. Your guide has fantastic knowledge about the world we live in and is always at hand to help identify plants, insects, trees, birds etc., GREAT FUN AND INFORMATIVE. If you love nature, enjoy walking and are curious to explore the health benefits of connecting with the natural world mindfully, this experience is definitely for you.
Our Tamworth Natural Mindfulness & Cotswolds Natural Mindfulness walks are FREE for paid up members. 'First-time' walkers can donate £5 to help the homeless. If you have walked with us before and would like to attend a walk as a 'pay-as-you-go' member there is a small charge of £10 payable on the day. Membership is £10 per month for unlimited walks which can be gifted also. There is approx 7 walks a month.
All other walks will be at the advertised prices.
