T A N T R A
Tantra itself means to weave, to expand, to enlighten the tapestry of life which can provide true and ever-lasting fulfillment, when all the threads are woven in the flow with nature. When we are born, our life naturally flows with instinctive, intuitive innocence. But as we grow up, we become disconnected from nature, our ignorance, judgement, desire, attachment, fear, and false images of others and ourselves tangle and tear our connection with nature. Tantra reweaves and reunites us with our instinctive intuitive innocence and so we go and grow with the flow of nature.
M A N T R A
The word mantra is derived from the sanskrit root words man – mind – and tra – tool. A mantra is a tool for the mind! An instrument with which you can learn to control your mind. Once you control your mind, you control your life.
