What would you like to know about Tantra?

I read Margo Anand's book "Skydancing" several years ago. (Still have it around here somewhere). I can't say that I really understood all of it. I tried to put a few things into practice but I drifted away from the principles. I think that maybe a group like this would help to keep me on track. I have practiced yoga for years---I still practice the philosophy but I'm currently taking a break from practicing the asanas. Guided meditation helped me recover from a mild case of depression a few years ago, and that led me to yoga. I generally like exploring eastern philosophy. Unfortunately, I'm not someone for whom stillness and a quiet mind come easily (there's so much to fear and worry about, right?). I'm quite jealous of those who can drop into stillness like flipping a switch, lol. Maybe tantra could help me to be present more easily. I found the link to this group from Charla's website. Namaste.

Hi. I'd like to know more about tantra. I hope this group can help me explore this interesting philosophy.
