What we're about

Participants will learn tai chi for strengh, flexibility, stillness and health.

Then class will meet Saturday mornings from 11:30 AM to 1PM starting May 6th.
The first class is free and includes a demonstration, information, discussion and the beginning of instruction.

Taoist Tai Chi® internal arts of health are beneficial for all ages. The slow, natural movements can promote general health, relaxation, stress reduction, concentration and meditation and balance.
