FREE Cooking Demo Class: Vegan Air Frying and Vegan Pressure Cooking

Join UNM-Taos' vegan culinary arts faculty member and vegan cookbook author JL Fields for a free cooking demonstration class featuring recipes from her latest bookThe Vegan Air Fryer.

The class will be held at the Taos High School Edu@Work Cafe and will include air fryer and pressure cooker demonstrations, a tasting, recipes, and a raffle entry - one person will win an air fryer and a second person will win an electric multicooker (pressure cooker, rice cooker, slow cooker and yogurt maker in one).
