Angular 2

You've probably heard a lot of talk about Angular 2. From the initial drama surrounding the the announcement of a complete rewrite and no upgrade path, to the announcement that Angular 2 will be written in TypeScript with first class support. With Angular 2 hitting release candidate and the dust settling it's become clear that Angular 2 is massive improvement over Angular 1 in terms of speed, maintainability, portable and easy of use.
In this talk we'll go through what's changed between Angular 1 and 2 and why, features, how to compose a simple application and lessons learned.

Every other month we get together for a presentation by one of our members. The offices we use close at 8:30pm but those that wish to continue discussions can head to the pub after. Pizza and Beer/Cider during the talk supplied by Covalent Software.
