Everyone has a different opinion on what company culture means and why it's important.

However, the one thing that's certain is building a business requires more than just selling a product or service.

Your speakers this year have taken you on a journey from product Ideation, validation, branding, sales, and fundraising.

This month, your final speaker for the year, Leo Ramirez talks about building loyalty by building a great company culture.

And the thing is, company culture may never exert its powerful effect on your customers if you don't focus on it from the beginning.

That's because people want to be a part of something. They want more than just a job.

It's no longer enough for employees to simply help make a profit. They also want to make a difference.

This Month Leo Will Break Down

  • How to build a great company culture
  • How technology can improve charitable giving
  • How executives/owners get their employees involved in a cause
  • Exactly how powerful culture is on company ROI.
