Krishna Srinivasan - Co-Founder, LiveOak Venture Partners
Krishna is a co-founder of LiveOak Venture Partners and has been investing in early-stage Texas-based companies and entrepreneurs since 2000.
Prior to founding LiveOak, Krishna was a Partner at Austin Ventures, and Before joining Austin Ventures, Krishna was with Motorola where he wrote large-scale optimization software for supply chain planning and worked with a variety of business units on strategic and operational issues. He started his professional career at SEMATECH.
Krishna received his MBA from Wharton where he graduated with highest academic honors as a Palmer Scholar. He also has an MS in Operations Research from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, where he graduated with the highest all-around honors.
Krishna currently sits on the Board of Directors for CS Disco, Digital Pharmacist, Hive9, OJO Labs, Opcity, Razberi Technologies and Telestax. His past investments include Augmentix (Acquired by Entorian), BlackSand Technologies (Acquired by Qualcomm), Mavenir Systems (NYSE: MVNR), Spatial Wireless (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent) and StackEngine (acquired by Oracle).
Krishna is an active leader in the community as a Board Member of the Entrepreneurs Foundation and serves as the Chairman of the Board for The Miracle Foundation - a non-profit that brings life-changing care to the world's orphans.
Morgan Flager - General Partner, Silverton Partners
Morgan joined Silverton in 2006. He currently serves on the boards of Aceable, Alert Media, Convey, Outbound Engine, Trendkite, The Zebra, Turnkey Vacation Rentals, and 360pi. Morgan also led Silverton’s efforts on BlackLocus (acquired by Home Depot), Crimson Services (acquired by The Advisory Board) and UnboundID (acquired by Vista Equity). Prior to Silverton, Morgan worked with FTV Capital in San Francisco, where he focused on growth investments in technology and financial services.

Tom Ball - Co-Founder, Next Coast Ventures
Tom has been an entrepreneur and early-stage investor for over 20 years. Immediately prior to co-founding Next Coast Ventures, Tom was a General Partner with Austin Ventures (http://www.austinventures.com/) where he spent ten years working with and investing in entrepreneurs to build great companies. Prior to that, he was the Founder of Tahoe Domains, an ICANN accredited registrar, CEO and Co-Founder of Openfield and Razorgator Interactive, and Chairman, CEO and Founder of eCoupons (acquired by Lifeminders-NASDAQ: LFMN). He also previously worked as a strategy consultant with Mitchell Madison Group.
Tom is active in his local community serving on the Boards of the local PBS affiliate, home of the Austin City Limits (http://austincitylimits.com/) television show, KLRU (http://www.klru.org/), and the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas (http://www.entrepreneursfoundation.org/).
Tom received his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and a BS in Finance at the University of Florida. He is also a Kauffman Fellow.
Rajiv Bala - Principal, S3 Ventures
Rajiv Bala is a Principal at S3 Ventures. His responsibilities at S3 include deal sourcing and structuring, due diligence, partner engagement and portfolio management. Rajiv’s investment focus includes software, internet/web, telecommunications, technology-enabled services, and medical device. Rajiv was a Marketing Manager at Texas Instruments where he led marketing for Automotive Infotainment in the North American region. Prior to marketing, Rajiv was an Applications Engineer with the Digital Radio Group at Texas Instruments where he helped grow the business from zero to over a million units shipped.
Rajiv holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Economics from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He currently sits on the board of Ascend Center for Learning (http://www.ascendaustin.org/) and Texchange Austin (http://www.texchange.org/).
Matt McDonnell - Partner, Notley Ventures
Matt McDonnell is a Partner at Notley Ventures, a micro private equity firm focused on the intersection of profit and social impact. He previously served as COO of Famigo, an early childhood EdTech company, and a sailing instructor at Outward Bound. He holds an MBA from the College of Charleston, a JD from the University of Texas School of Law, and is a contributor to Ed Surge and Venture Beat.

Chris Shonk - Partner, ATX Seed Ventures
Chris Shonk started his first business at fourteen, was named the Special Forces Soldier of the Year, co-founded an investment bank, and has operated, advised, and invested in consumer service and tech companies for fifteen years.
