What we're about

This is a cycle group for anyone interested in achieving health and wellness through cycling. All skill levels are welcome. I started this group because I wanted to meet other cycle enthusiasts. I am looking forward to exploring the roadsides, wherever they take us, making friends and enjoying a healthy lifestyle.

Our group includes both casual riders and those who are working on improving speed and distance. During the weekday our rides range around 20 - 25 miles and weekend routes can range from 30-100 miles. We love to do charity rides which not only raise money and awareness for wonderful causes, but also offer an opportunity to challenge yourself with longer distances than you normally ride. Most of these rides are fully supported with stocked rest stops and sag wagons.

Do you fall within these levels?

A - 18+mph

B - 15-17mph

C - 12-14mph

We will post accordingly so you will know if the ride will fit your ability. We plan on offering events with multiple distances and varying average speeds, so everyone can find rides to fit their style.

ALL RIDES ARE NO DROP UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED!

Ride At You Own Risk; remember, safety comes first. We will not be held accountable for any accidents or injures that may occur during any of these rides.

For any ride you must wear a helmet. We strongly encourage that you carry ample amounts of water/sports drink, snacks if riding a long route, tube repair kit and access to a first aid kit.By signing up for Team Flow Meetup announcements, and/or coming out to a Team Flow event Group ride - you are agreeing that Road Cycling is dangerous, and that Team Flow Group ride leaders are not to be held responsible for your safety or the actions of other riders. Please make sure your bike is in good working order and you have proper clothing for cycling.
