Come join team Flow on a scenic ride around the roads of Franklin County for 40-50 miles. This ride will incorporate rolling hills as well as nice flats. This is an B ride and you must be able to pace is 18-19 mph. We would enjoy having you along! Please be safe and have your bike lights charged, adequate hydration and spare tubes.
