Join Team Tri Smart for a weekly speed workout on the track! Each week, there will be a warm up, a few drills, a structured workout and then a cool down period. There will be runners of ALL ABILITIES, so all Team Tri Smart active members are welcome.

We take a group photo around the team banner before each workout, so please plan to arrive on time so we can take the photo and get started with the workout at the designated time.

Please bring a water bottle and towel. Some weeks, Shots or Bloks from Clif will be available.

This also tends to be a pretty social group that likes to go out to 3 Corners after a tough workout to refuel.
