We're happy to announce our fourth meetup! This time it's in our Amsterdam office and our Mobile developers will talk about the subject Tech & Tools.

"Siri: Exploring the power of Voice in an iOS application." The world of voice assistants is booming! That is why Rik will cover Apple's voice assistant Siri in this presentation. He will share his experience of integrating Siri in an iOS application, from techniques that can be used to the new Shortcuts that are introduced in iOS 12.

"Using Applanga as a single source of truth for localization"
Whenever you want to add a translation to your app, how would you handle inconsistencies between Android and iOS? The string ids might be different, and you might just send either the strings from Android or iOS to the translator. In this talk, we will tell our story of implementing Applanga into an existing project, and why Applanga could be useful for you.

With mobile applications becoming ever more complex, it becomes crucial to keep programming principles on top of mind. As Kotlin has become the new standard for Android, we can leverage its power to make highly flexible code while keeping type safety. Let's dive into how we can create quality software by using a dependency injection framework Koin.
