Yariv Adan (Google):
"Conversational Assistants - A paradigm shift?"
Yariv is a Product Manager working on the Google Assistant. During his 9 years at Google, Yariv worked on a wide range of products, including proprietary Google infrastructure, privacy and security, products designed for the Emerging Markets, and even the notorious non skippable ads on YouTube. Before joining Google, Yariv was an engineer in various Israeli start-ups and companies.
Nicholas Heller (CEO of Fractal (https://askfractal.com/)):
"Virtual Assistants Wanted. Humans Need Not Apply."
Nick is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fractal (https://askfractal.com/), a Zurich-based business with the goal of "codifying the brains of CFOs in one unifying app". Fractal's mission is to use technology to democratize access to sophisticated financial analysis, transforming the way businesses manage their cash flow and capital requirements.
Andreas Amsler (Liip.ch & Opendata.ch)
" Hey @foobot, can I trust you?"
Andreas works at Liip (http://www.liip.ch) as Product Owner & Business Developer – foremost on technology projects involving intentional collaboration between technologists, bureaucrats, entrepreneurs, nonprofit employees and citizens to engage the public or solve civic problems. He's an active member of Switzerland's Open Data community, which he serves as founding board member of the association Opendata.ch (http://opendata.ch), the Swiss chapter of OKFN.org.
