Alison Bell will share lessons she personally learnt from helping a startup grow those awkward teenage years.
Startups stop being baby startups after a while but they aren’t quite fully grown and mature companies. Suddenly you have to scale, your org size grows and you have a whole bunch of new considerations to make.
This is a story of lessons I wish I had learnt earlier. Hindsight is a wonderful thing so let’s share it.
Alison Bell is currently a Program Specialist at DeepMind. Previously at Deliveroo and Tesco. Passionate about building a learning culture, SRE and mentoring. She/her.
