Since packing her bags at the age of 16 to leave her family in Czech Republic with the aim to try to 'conquer' the World, Veronika has spent the last 13 years in 5 different countries and is currently based in London. Although still a short career that she has gone through, she has spent four years working at Accenture Strategy specialising in Energy (Oil & Gas) and nearly 3 years at Blackstone Private Equity working part of their portfolio management team. Spending all her career in a very competitive and male dominant industries, expected to work very independently far away from home, she has had to learn the good and bad traits these areas bring and how to embrace them to succeed in her career. Veronika is very passionate about encouraging female to shine in their work, whilst not losing the personal side of them that makes them to stand out. She also feels very strongly about balance of female/male balance as long as it is not driven by only hitting the ratio targets, but the value these relationships bring. Veronika has spent the past year supporting Cloudreach with the delivery of their strategic and financial objectives on behalf of Blackstone and is big fan of sports such as tennis.
