Our September Meet-up 'Lessons in Hindsight' is all about successful business leaders who wish to share what they would have liked to know In Hindsight. This meetup will be full of honest, candid advice on your career from some inspiring collaborators and founders!

6:30pm - "F**king Up and Finding Your Place" - Leigh Dixon, Head of Employee Engagement @ Cloudreach

Originally from the North of England and a proud Yorkshire woman Leigh has lived and worked in London for the past ten years. She started her career working at a Venture Capital company evaluating and investing in early stage startups where she got to experience the importance of strong people operations and employee related strategies. After completing her CIPD qualifications she spent five years at a tech company helping expand the business across the EMEA and APAC regions before joining Cloudreach just over one year ago as their Head of Employee Engagement.

7:15pm: "30 to 40 - A most crucial decade" - Karima Noren (Co-Founder at The Privacy Compliance Hub and The Legal Pod) and Pontus Noren (Senior Advisor to Blackstone, Vice Chairman of the Board at Cloudreach)

More about Karima:
Karima started in the City at Ashursts, moved to work for technology companies, spent 8 years at Google (2 as Head of Legal Emerging Markets). After 8 years, she yearned to work with start-ups, so in 2012, K Legal was born - a boutique consultancy providing personal, pragmatic advice to technology companies on data protection and commercial agreements.

The pioneer of the "cloud-native" approach, Pontus Noren has been innovating and disrupting the IT space for over 20 years.

Whilst in his role as CEO at Cloudreach, which he founded in 2009, the company worked with over 350 customers, of which the majority are Fortune 2000 businesses across Europe and North America. Currently, Pontus is a Senior Advisor to Blackstone advising on a range of technology investments, and he also sits as Vice-Chairman on the Cloudreach board.
