The BBC have invited us to their Media City office so we can see what sort of Tech for Good they're up to. We've got an amazing speaker line up, so join us in Media city. (Just a short tram ride way from the centre)
There will be security on the door at the BBC so you'll need to RSVP each person (No plus ones I'm afraid, they'll need to register separately) as I need to send names over in advance. If you're name isn't down, you aint coming in. Again - there's a number limit too so change your RSVP please if you can't make it.
You'll also need photo ID to get a visitor pass and there will be bag searches and body scans.
There will be food and drink supplied by the BBC catering team including lots of vegan options :)

Our Fine Speakers:
David Bailey - Kiosk Founder and ex Designers Republic. David is now Creative Director of Global Experience Language at the BBC @davidkisok (http://twitter.com/davidkiosk)
Dan Ramsden is Creative Director for UX architecture and design research. He’ll be talking about why every good design depends on sound research and good information architecture. @danramsden (http://twitter.com/danramsden)
Liz Leakey is a Creative Director & Suzanne Clarke a Senior UX Designer who work in UX&D at Children’s BBC where they use design and usability processes to represent the needs of younger audiences, especially children who might be underserved or overlooked. Liz and Suzanne have recently been working with families of children with disabilities to understand where playing games fits into their lifestyles, and what games are the most inclusive and compelling for this audience. This research is now being used to shape our future thinking, and to reach out to the wider games industry to collectively improve the standard of accessibility of online games.
We'll also have space for brief "lightning" talks on the night, where anyone will have a chance to speak for up to 2 minutes on something that helps more people do good with tech.
Reason Digital (http://www.reasondigital.com/) and 34SP (http://34sp.com/) continue to support us by grabbing the bill! Thanks team!
There is a limit on numbers for this event - so if you can't make it, please let us know so someone else can come instead. You will need to have registered on the meet up group to come in I'm afraid. Sorry, we need to manage numbers.
See you there!
Bex, Greg, Jonny, Paul, Josh, Ian, Mille and Rose.
