A growing community of over 200 members, this event will be held during the Digital Good day at the Bath Digital Festival (https://bathdigitalfestival.co.uk/), sponsored by the Social Enterprise & Innovation Programme (https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjk1Ke3krHWAhXCK1AKHR4JD4sQFggmMAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fubic.org.uk%2Fseip%2F&usg=AFQjCNE8saq9q432S1MrNWGStAqLLlejZQ). We will be discussing the value of matching skills and needs across our tech for good community. Get together with like-minded people for the evening to discuss the skills you have and for charity & social impact organisations the ways digital tools and technology could enhance your work.

1: David Wilcox and Drew Mackie: Kumu and the Networked City @davidwilcox
Drew is an architect and urban designer who has developed methods for mapping the networks of community groups involved in the development of civil society. These online maps are being used to trace patterns of influence and collaboration.
David has been a planning journalist, and specialist in participation and regeneration partnerships. For the past 20 years he has blended that on-the-ground experience with the use of social technology for community and network building.
Together David and Drew are working with community and voluntary organisations to help build a networked approach to support London civil society. Their model for a Networked City promotes mapping and connecting at the level of friends and family, neighbourhood and city.

Ellie is the Community Champion for CAST and will be sharing her knowledge of the wider Tech for Good community groups across the UK, and the power of bringing together the skills of individuals and organisations to support and build the third sector.

Pauline is the Co-Founder of RnR Organisation, a social enterprise supporting data informed programmes focussing on asset-based community development and tech for good. Pauline is on the Steering group for the Open Data Institute Birmingham node, chairs the West Midlands Open Data Forum and WM Funders Network, and is on the organising team for Open Data Camp. Winner of the West Midlands Women of the Year 2016 award for Outstanding contribution to technology, Pauline is passionate about increasing the digital skills and data literacy of people in charities. Pauline will be sharing with us the opportunities and challenges of bringing volunteers together with third sector organisations., an and we will be working with Pauline through the evening in an unconference format to look at capturing skills and how we can work with local organisations to support use of digital tools an technology.
