Whether you are a functional programmer looking to mentor others, a java programmer looking to make sense of new language features or a javascript developer trying to understand the hype around elm and ClojureScript, this presentation has something for you.
In this talk we will be looking at a set of examples problems implemented in imperative/OO code and comparing this code to what a functional version of it might look like. We will discuss the why and how our thought processes change as we move more functional.
