Tech Lunch #5: Technical Support

Details
The September edition of the TechLunch will have us talk about technical support, and more specifically how to be good at it.
When you're creating a product or delivering a service, how do you make sure that your customers can contact you if they have an issue? Do you have specific teams, rotating slots or is it something that everybody does in the company? We'll see how to make sure their issues are fixed, and why this is important.
We will have three talks of 15mn each (with a 5mn break for questions in between), followed by a more casual networking time.
Anthony Seure will talk about the advantages and limitations of having everyone doing support at Algolia.
Vincent Degove will present the way Trainline (formerly CaptainTrain) does its support (more details to come).
Sophie Despeisse will tell us how Toucantoco managed to reduce the support load on developers and how it shaped their vision of their product.
Note that this event is scheduled during lunch. We will have food for all the registered persons, but try not to be late.
We try to have as many talks as possible in English, but have to sometimes fallback to French. All talks are recorded and will be published on YouTube afterward.
