With a degree in Rhetoric, Language, and Professional Writing, Christa has worked with various organizations in Waterloo Region, focusing on technical communications and graphical user interface (GUI) design in the high-tech industry.For the last few years, Christa has championed clear communications and plain language at Manulife. She's currently building a movement called Let's Be Clear that is expanding into client-focused areas of the company.
