Happy Hour & Dinner + Recovering From Technical Product Management Blunders

Few technical product managers set out to grow tedium, lose velocity, and sap morale. Yet too many agile teams end up eventually overwhelmed by the overhead of best intentions. In this talk, Capital One's Platform Services Center of Excellence Director, Matthew Reinbold, explains three common blunders: 'Planning Tetris', 'Feature Factory', and 'Success Theater'. More importantly, he'll share how to avoid these phenomena.
