Who is this for?

People who identify as women and have a technical role in a tech company. 

What do you mean by technical role? 

You are a developer, tester, designer, technical product manager,  or you lead one of these groups. Bottom line is you get your hands dirty in the code, architect, hardware,  and tooling for your company. 

What are we about? 

We want create a space for technical women to learn from each other and industry experts. We want you to leave each group feeling more connected to the other women in technical roles in our community and as an expert in a new technology that you can bring back to your job. 

Topics we are looking to discuss are:

1. In depth analysis on how the Dny DNS DDOS attack happen? 

2. Ransomware:  How it works, how to prevent it for your company? 

3. UI Frameworks: Compare and Contrast why use one tools set vs the other. For example Angular vs. React. 

Format:

15 minute presentation with a 30-40 minute discussion on the topic.

The goal of this format is to learn something from our speaker, but also learn from the skills and expertise of our peers.
