RSVP : This session offers simple and powerful yoga postures to bring stability and balance. Enjoy simple, easy to practice yet potent tools to enhance health, joy, peace, love, success and inner exploration which help one cope with the hectic pace of modern life and realize your full potential in all spheres of life. No physical agility or prior yoga experience needed. Please bring a yogamat & a towel and arrive on an empty stomach condition i.e. approx 1.5 hrs after a light meal. As part of worldwide initiative to make everyone aware of the innumerable benefits of yoga, Isha Foundation, an International non- profit, founded by Sadhguru, is offering Yoga and Meditation programs in different communities nationwide. These yoga and meditation practices or technologies for well-being include invigorating physical postures, breathing methods and meditation. Programs are open to all and do not require any fitness level or previous experience of yoga.


Free Programs offered with instruction duration options of 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.

• ·Yoga for Beginners - offered as 30 min or 90 min modules for anyone over 7 yrs.

• Meditation for Beginners – offered as a 45 min module for anyone over 12 yrs.

• Yoga for Success – combination of Yoga and Meditation offered as a 60 min module for anyone over 7 yrs.

• Introduction to Inner Engineering - For all of the strides we have made in science and technology with standards of living unimaginable a century ago, most human beings still remain in search of wholeness and purpose in their lives. Isha Hatha Yoga Programs

Isha Hatha Yoga programs are an unparalleled opportunity to learn classical hatha yoga in its full depth and vibrancy. The programs are conducted by highly trained teachers and are not taught merely for physical fitness and strength. They are a holistic process of naturally achieving mastery over the body and mind, so as to come to a state of health, joy, and bliss. The programs are an extensive exploration of hatha yoga and revive various dimensions of this ancient science that are largely absent in the world today.

Hatha yoga is currently taught in 5 different modules: Isha Upa-Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas and Bhuta Shuddhi. These practices have been selected and designed by Sadhguru to develop mental clarity and focus, boost vigor and vitality, balance body chemistry, and take years off the body, bringing a sense of lightness and freedom.

Angamardana - Angamardana, a fitness system rooted in yoga, offers everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach peak physical and mental health. Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.

Surya Kriya - Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner wellbeing. Surya” means “sun,” and “kriya” means “inner energy process.” Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind.

Yogasanas - Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction. This profound science enhances how one thinks, feels, and experiences life. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.

Bhuta Shuddhi - The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: earth, water, wind, fire, and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system. There is a whole system of yoga called Bhuta Shuddhi, which means “purification of the elements.
