What we're about

This group welcomes anyone who is curious about meditation- from complete beginners to life-long practitioners.
The meditation is focused on the spiritual principle of loving-kindness, in order to improve relationships with ourselves and others (the group is not affiliated with any religious organisation).
An antidote to the isolation of modern life, and the unprecedented times of change we are living in!
We will meet via Zoom, in person (Covid-compliant), and perhaps for some mindful walks in Bushy Park.
