Abstract:
Kaggle competitions are a great platform to compete and learn from the best deep learning practitioners in the world. Techniques that are used to win competitions are often relevant to "real-life" projects and problems. In this talk, we will review three major classification competitions in which we participated last year. In all three of them, we reached a final position in the top 1 percentile. Through this competition review, we will present modern techniques and practices in deep learning that can be relevant and effective for researchers and engineers.
