By practicing the postures of the letters and being mindful of the essence of the letter, the practitioner undergoes an amazing spiritual and physical rejuvenation. Through this Divine Yoga Sequence, you will balance body, mind, and heart.

In these sessions, you will gain techniques for how to work with yourself, actually learning how to let go of old thought patterns and whatever is blocking you. You will gain the right mindfulness to observe your pattern of thoughts, the way you react to life, and how to navigate your reaction to the scenarios and outcomes in your life in a more positive, balanced way. Eyal Karoutchi is truly a unique yoga teacher.
