David Barker is CTO & Director of Technology Applications at Quintel Technology Limited, and has been with Quintel for over 7 years. His role involves identifying and assessing how Quintel’s RF technology innovations can be applied for wireless communications markets, and in particular for the LTE and MIMO antenna world.

Robert Joyce is Telefonica UK’s Chief Radio Engineer. Robert has had overall responsibility for the introduction of many of the pioneering features of the Telefonica UK network such as 6 sector, UMTS900, Small Cells and LTE and is currently undertaking a sabbatical from Telefonica UK at the University of Leeds researching Self Organising Networks.
