This is a group for everyone who are looking to improve wide range of willpower skills, including attention, focus, stress management, impulse control and self-awareness. It changes both the function and structure of brain to support self-control. You will learn how to recognize and change behavioural patterns that are prohibiting you from living a fulfilled life or excelling and specific areas. We will focus on improving self-image, development of coping skills, emotional resiliency, train yourself to remain in a positive state regardless of circumstance and work through areas of shame and negative self-image.
