TestLab with Michael Bolton

Details

New TestLab meetup with Michael Bolton DevelopSense (CA) (http://www.developsense.com) on:
Wednesday June 14th at 17:30 to 20:00 at Tradeshift (https://tradeshift.com/) - Landemærket 10, Copenhagen

Michael is in town and we have the chance of having him join our meetup in June, where we can ask him (almost ;0) anything. The list below are some possible topics for him to tackle, but we need your suggestions as well!

  1. What is- and how to apply- critical thinking?

  2. What can developers learn from testers?

  3. What can testers learn from developers?

  4. How to know what to automate?

  5. How to identify exposure?

  6. How to obtain the "right" coverage?

  7. How to cope with the stress of being "so close to the release always"?

  8. How to get closer to your end-users (e.g. when there is no user research team)?

  9. How to hit the ground running in a new test role?

  10. Building quality thinking into an Agile team

  11. Testing where prototyping w/o specs, w/o up-front design and w/o early involvement of testers, is the dominant development workflow?

Deadline (for proposals) has been reached !!

Agenda
After a few words on Tradeshift (https://tradeshift.com/) and QA at Tradeshift by Hassan Bugti (https://www.linkedin.com/in/hassanbugti), Morten Hougaard will introduce Michael and shortly explain why PrettyGoodTesting (http://www.prettygoodtesting.com/home) has been hosting Rapid Software Testing (RST) classes in Denmark since 2011.

Refreshments and networking
There will be refreshments offered by Tradeshift (https://tradeshift.com/)and during Michael’s talk we will have a break. During the break and at the end, there will be plenty of time for questions, debates and networking.

Welcome!
