This is a meet-up for anyone who is weighed down by the curse of overthinking. We all know what this does to us - creating scenarios for what 'might' happen; needing to 'know more' before taking action; being afraid to take the next step in case it doesn't work out....

We're out to find some relief - without the use of techniques, processes or models to have to try to understand or master. This group is for anyone who wants to understand more about how we operate, how we can naturally re-balance our wellbeing and how we can let go of overthinking, procrastination and overwhelm and welcome in a whole lot more creativity, positivity, resilience and more..

Using our understanding of the Three Principles, shared by Sydney Banks, we aim to improve clarity, wellbeing and success.

The Meetups are open to people who are familiar with the Three Principles or are completely new to them. They will be an informal opportunity for people to share their understanding of the Three Principles and how they relate to their own lives or, if this a new area, to learn about the principles from others to gain insight their personal experience.
