Agile at Scale - The Agile Roundabout #28 @ Kingfisher Digital

We're extremely excited to announce that Kingfisher Digital will be hosting the 28th Agile Roundabout at their office in Finsbury Avenue - just a short walk from Moorgate station. We have some great speakers lined up for you and a capacity of 100 people so we're expecting it to be a great event!

The topic of the evening will revolve around 'Agile at Scale'.

Our first speaker will be Jules Baldock, Head of Digital Delivery at Kingfisher Digital. Jules will be giving a talk titled 'Rolling out SAFe: stories of ramping up ways of working across multiple sites and trains' - giving insight into culture and mindsets; team flows and managing teams not yet added to trains.

Secondly, we will hear from Fausto Dassenno, Head of Product and Tech B2C and Verticals at Gumtree. Fausto has spoken for us before at The Agile Roundabout so we're glad to welcome him back! Fausto will be giving a talk ' You think you are agile? Scale up your game. A talk about agile and SAFe'.

Our third speaker will be Michael Saunders, Enterprise Trainer and Transformational Coach at Lloyds Banking Group. Michael will be giving a talk titled 'Scrum@Scale'.
