There is nothing better than sharing the experience of a great book--whether it is an old favourite or a book you never would have read before. Join like-minded book lovers in Amsterdam to discuss the featured book--and other ideas--in a relaxed social setting.
The Amsterdam Book Club meetups are held in a member's home in Amsterdam, which is why we limit attendance to the meetups and do not allow members to RSVP with guests.
During every book club, attendees choose the book for a future book club. Bring your book suggestions and be prepared for a lively discussion and voting session.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We sometimes have a waiting list for popular books. If you have said "yes" and your plans have changed, please update your RSVP status in a timely fashion so that those members on the waiting list have enough time to 1) buy or borrow the book, and 2) read the book.
We know that life sometimes gets in the way and you must cancel at the last minute. If so, please be courteous and let the event host know that you will not attend. New members who are no-shows to their first meet up will be removed from The Amsterdam Book Club.
