“Haunted Castles and Tormented Souls” - A Murder Mystery in Transylvania
Ready to discover the dark side of Medieval Transylvania?
Join Georgiana, our storyteller and tour guide as she takes you on another exciting murder mystery traveling tour. This time you will be part of a filming crew that comes to Romania to film a documentary, “Haunted Castles and Tormented Souls'', about the many castles and fortresses and the ghost stories that surround them. They are on the hunt for anything supernatural: vampires, witches, strigoi, local superstitions and questionable rituals...Unfortunately, their excitement turns to fear when one of them is killed and their travel trip turns to a bewildering game that blurs the lines between reality and fantasy.
This virtual tour will take you around some of the best medieval landmarks in Romania:
- Bran Castle, commonly known as Dracula’s Castle
- Corvin’s Castle, which is considered one of the most haunted castles in Romania
- Hoia Baciu, a forest known for its alien apparitions
- Poenari Fortress, or the real lair of Vlad the Impaler
- Cluj-Napoca and Banffy Castle, a ruin of a former noble family shrouded in ghost stories.… and many more!
So, sign up for our tour and get ready for another fun and bone-chilling adventure and murder mystery!"

Are you ready to visit New York? I know I've been missing it and I've had enough virtual tours. I think we are all ready for a real tour of Central Park. It's a perfect time of year as the kids are back in school and the tourists are back home!
Let's take a 2 hour tour of the heart of the park. We will see some of Central Park’s most famous landmarks, including Conservatory Water, Loeb Boathouse, Bethesda Terrace, Bow Bridge, the Promenade, the Lake, and Strawberry Fields. You will recognize some of them from the many movies filed there. Make sure to bring your camera because I'll some you some very special locations.
After our morning walk I thought I would make reservations at the famous Loeb Boathouse Lakehouse Restaurant. Stunning al fresco views of the lake from their outdoor terrace. I thought this would be a wonderful way to finish our walk. You can view their lunch menu here: https://www.thecentralparkboathouse.com/lakeside-restaurant-menus.php?menu=lunch#section-2 Please let me know if you would like to join us for lunch.
Another option you have after our walk is to rent a row boat at the boathouse. You rent by the hour and it's just so New York! I am the worlds worst rower so I won't be joining you on that one. I'll watch you row from the restaurant!
RAIN DATE: We will not be walking in the rain. If it should rain I'll switch our walk to Friday, September 17th.
You know the winter winds will start to blow so let's enjoy some outdoor good times while we still have them. Wander with me to Palmer Square for their final concert of the season.
Let the good times rock! SunDog is a New Jersey band with the experience, talent and unique ability to cover the best in classic rock, country rock and classic country, with a splash of Motown and early rock & roll added to the mix.
No tickets required! Just bring your lawn chair. I'll be there with my red lawn chair and skinny legs! Enjoy food and drink from vendors around Palmer Square also. Unvaccinated dogs are allowed! Come sit with the wanderers. Look for my pink umbrella!
