Life of Pi, Winner of five Olivier Awards including Best New Play, comes to Broadway. I really want to see this before the Tony's. Think it might be a winner.

After a cargo ship sinks in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, a sixteen-year-old boy named Pi is left stranded on a lifeboat with the most unlikely of companions: a Royal Bengal tiger. With time and nature against them, the two must learn to trust one another if they are to survive. I LOVED the movie and am interested in seeing it as a play. All reviews say it's amazing.

The Princeton Festival returns and I must see this high-energy, glittering tribute to the Queen of Soul. It features vocalists Capathia Jenkins and Ryan Shaw performing iconic favorites from "Respect" and "Think" to "A Natural Woman," "Chain of Fools," "Amazing Grace," and many more with the Princeton Symphony Orchestra. They are amazing and will truly list our spirits.

I thought it time we have our another gathering for our Croatia tour. I know we are all very excited our yacht cruise. I know there will be many good times. Because it's getting close,a little over a month away, I'm sure you will have some questions regarding the tour.

Croatian cuisine is a mixture of many cuisines from nothern Italian, greek, central european and many more. I can't wait to taste them all. There are no Croatia resturants in New Jersey so I though we could go to one of my favorite Norther Italian resturants, Vadilia. Not only do they have a lovely menu, they are also willing to accommodate our large group. We had such fun last year at our 4th of July at Morvan I thought we would do it again. What better way than to visit Morven for this free event to celebrate our American heritage at the home-turned-museum of Richard Stockton, a signer of the Declaration of Independence.

Activities include live music with the Ragtime Relics, food trucks, a scavenger hunt, open archives, garden tours, exhibitions, and arts, crafts, and games for the whole family. Visit stations hosted by the Historical Society of Princeton, YWCA, League of Women Voters of the Greater Princeton Area, Revolution NJ, and the Princeton Public Library.
Free to attend.

Come sit with your fellow wanderers. Look for my red chair with the red umbrella and we make some fireworks of our own.
