Whether you are just sticking your toe into the waters of astrology, or have been reading and studying (and swimming in) the vast ocean of astrology for years... Whether you know Venus from Mars (and we hope you do!), or how the Cardinal Cross has affected world events and politics... If you want to meet others of a like mind, others who are both curious and knowledgeable about the workings of our planets as they influence us down on earth... AND If you live in the Chicagoland area, this is the group for you! We host a monthly lecture on an astrological topic, along with occasional week-end workshops and our now famous (or infamous) Holly Daze Party that takes place in December - wait till you hear our astrology carols! :) We meet on the 2nd Tues night of the month, except during the months of January and February, in Des Plaines. Our meetings are from 7:30-9:00 pm. We are part of the NCGR family of astrologers. The NCGR—National Council of Geocosmic Research—is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to raising the standards of astrological education and research; it was founded in 1971. As our sister chapter in the San Francisco Bay Area says “So, come join us, share your experience of astrology, meet other like-minded people in a learning environment, make a friend or two!” We look forward to meeting you!

For over 60 years, Robert Glasscock has consulted with more than 56,000 clients from over 122 countries. For many years he published over 250,000 words annually in “American Astrology Magazine’s” monthly and yearbook issues. His writings for newspaper columns, magazine articles and anthologies have been cited by Liz Greene, among others.
He has lectured and presented workshops for national and international groups, conferences, conventions, seminars, and practicums at Kepler College for 13 years, and a variety of professional forums from the Bank of Beverly Hills to professional and medical associations – including NCGR chapters.

*** FY25 Meeting Subscriptions Now Available ***
As before, this subscription plan covers our monthly (2nd Tuesday) meetings in the fiscal year running from July 2025 through June 2026.
Reviewing the basics:- Subscriptions will be for ALL meetings in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. We will continue the practice of offering subscriptions in subsequent months for a slightly less amount (to account for meetings that have already occurred). The average cost per meeting will be cheapest when a full year subscription is purchased. In those subsequent months the average price per meeting will gradually increase until it reaches the individual meeting rate of $5/$10 (member/non-member).
- There will be no refunds or exchanges. Subscriptions will be on a “use it or lose it” basis.
- This is not a “bank” where you can choose which meetings you want to pay for.
- As in the past, we plan to host 10 meetings over the course of the fiscal year with a break around the year-end holidays.
- Our current individual meeting charges of $5 for (active/current NCGR organization) members and $10 for non-members will not change.
- Subscribers will have the Zoom meeting link sent to them in the week before the meeting and the link to the recorded presentation (and any available handouts) sent after the meeting.
Subscription plans for the remainder of the current fiscal year (now through June 2026). - Current/active members of NCGR (as of purchasing date) $34
- Non-members of NCGR $68
