The session is Monday 6.30PM till 9.55PM.
There will be 4 courts for games.

We will be ending the session on 1 court around 9.40PM for all those that would like to take part in a cool down activity. This will help you with recovery for the journey home and will keep you in Tip Top condition for the days ahead.
Also just want to be clear that we need to leave the premises by 9.55 promptly.

This session is coached and uses the fundamental skills for age groups from 6 years old up 16 years old to grasp footwork, Racquet skills to name the core.

All levels are welcome.

Please bring your racquet with you however if you don't have your own racquet please let us know ahead of time.
We also ask that all players to wear appropriate sports clothing.

This is for Fundamental (New to the sport) players, so after the training you will be able to play games and use what you have learnt.
Just like the saying practise makes perfect.

There will be 3 courts for just games only as the other court is for training from 7pm till 8pm then all 4 courts for games.
If you want training please join the other meet up sessions available.
When adding a plus 1 can you let the host know the name of the person that you will be bringing to the session.
