Crickhowell - 10 miles in the Brecon Beacons

My friend Richard is hosting the Crickhowell walk.

A high level walk starting in Crickhowell, taking in Table Mountain and Pen Cerrigh-calch. Views across Black Mountains & Beacons are stunning.

It's around 8 miles - although I've climbed this mountain a couple of times, I intend to use a different route this time...so will do a recce in coming weeks to determine exact length. Level of strenuousness: 8 miles doesn't sound too bad...but it is up and down a decent size mountain. Legs and lungs will know about it - but the views justify the effort.

No pubs en route so packed lunch required.

Meeting point is Resource and Information centre in Crickhowell (NP8 1BN) at 10.30 am. Allow 1hour 30 mins travel from Bristol (anticipating delays at Severn bridge)
